huf® x Kodak — Perfect HELL™

BRIEF
Creative concept, visual identity, and marketing strategy for the exclusive huf® x Kodak capsule release — built around a physical event in Berlin to create genuine cultural relevance for the brand’s European audience through strong local collaboration.
APPROACH
With Kodak’s deep-rooted history in analog photography as the conceptual foundation, I placed Berlin-based skate photographer Dennis Scholz at the heart of the project, giving his distinctive skateboarding and street photography a platform through a solo exhibition at the legendary Safelight Berlin aka the city’s most respected analog photography lab and store.
CONCEPT
The release was celebrated with an open invitation to Berlin’s analog and skateboard community for Dennis Scholz’s solo exhibition entitled Perfect HELL™ — a photo series full of contrasts, shot entirely on Kodak color film in the streets of Berlin. Alongside the creative concept and brand strategy, I directed the complete visual identity, exhibition design, and event production, including a 44-page printed exhibition catalog as a lasting document of this meaningful collaboration.
